CareerWork$ Ready

CareerWork$ Ready is a free job readiness program

CareerWork$® provides community organizations with the curricula they need to offer virtual or in-person training for job seekers in underserved communities.

Our new program, CareerWork$® Ready leverages the curricula from our proven BankWork$® and CareerWork$® Medical programs.

It includes one-on-one sessions and group trainings with a job coach, creating a personalized experience in real time, and standing out from many other pre-recorded programs.

“This program pushed me to challenge myself and do the work that helped me get ready to be employed again.”

We train for today’s and tomorrow’s workforce

The program is designed for individuals seeking their first job, as well as those who are looking to re-enter the workforce in a broad range of industries.

CareerWork$ Ready focuses on hard skills, such as resume writing and interview practice, as well as the soft skills needed to land and keep a job.

Job coaches support students through the process step by step.

We partner with community organizations

CareerWork$ Ready is offered by nonprofit and workforce development organizations across the country, allowing more people to be trained for today’s and tomorrow’s workforce.

We offer this program at no charge to organizations working in underserved communities, in order to improve equitable access to the type of job preparedness training everyone deserves, and to help them obtain and succeed in their next job.

Using a train-the-trainer model, we provide curricula and resources that can stand alone or supplement an organization’s existing skills training programs.

“It’s a joy to see our workforce participants grow and develop not only their employability skills but also their self-confidence and ‘professional selves.’ All they need sometimes is a little guidance like this.”
